Peer2Peer Recovery was created by and for Minnesota’s East African and immigrant communities, because recovery should reflect the people it serves. Grounded in lived experience, cultural connection, and peer leadership, we offer support without judgment and healing without barriers.

Our mission is to provide culturally grounded, peer-led recovery support and outreach to individuals impacted by addiction, trauma, homelessness, and systemic barriers — with a focus on Minnesota’s East African and immigrant populations.
